Quick Answer

Purifico builds four lines of ozone water treatment systems. The S Series is a cabinet unit with a wet end, sized from 40 to 320 g/h. The SC Series adds an onboard compressor for sites without a separate air supply. The HV Series covers high volume operations, and the M Series is a modular system for large or remote installations. All four run the same core controls: Siemens PLC with touchscreen, ORP control, ambient ozone sensor with automatic shutdown, and Modbus, PRIVA, and in the ZONE remote monitoring.

Which Purifico Ozone System Fits Your Operation?

Sizing starts with water volume, organic load, and how the water is used, not with the size of the building. The table below is the short version of how the four lines differ. Every unit shares the same control platform, so the decision is about output, air supply, and installation format.

SystemFormatOzone outputTypical fit
S SeriesCabinet with wet-end injection40 to 320g/hGreenhouses, farms, irrigation and holding tanks
SC SeriesCabinet with onboard compressor and wet end40 to 120g/hSites without a separate compressed air supply
HV SeriesHigh volume skid system600 - 1,200g/h for large flowsMunicipal, wastewater, and large industrial duty
M SeriesModular turnkey systemBuilt to project specLarge, remote, or fast-deploy installations

What comes standard on every system

Siemens LOGO-8 PLC with a color touchscreen, ORP controller for treatment output, safety vacuum and pressure switches with gauges, a thermostatically controlled enclosure, and a BH-60 adjustable ambient ozone sensor tied to automatic shutdown. Systems are Modbus and PRIVA capable and ship ready for in the ZONE remote monitoring.

Options worth considering

A nanobubble generator at 40, 80, 120, or 240 gpm, a residual ozone sensor alongside the standard ORP sensor, a remote ATI sensor upgrade, and recirculation injection pump options from 1.5 to 5.0 hp.

Common Questions About Purifico Ozone Systems

How do I know what ozone output I need?

Output is calculated from water volume, turnover rate, organic load, and the treatment goal. Disinfection of clean source water needs far less ozone per liter than treating recycled water with a heavy organic load. Purifico runs a water analysis before specifying a system.

What is the difference between the S and SC Series?

Both are cabinet systems in the same output range. The SC Series includes an onboard compressor, so it suits sites that do not have a compressed air supply to feed the oxygen concentrator. The S Series expects that supply to exist.

When does a modular M Series make sense?

When there is no suitable indoor space, when the site is remote, or when the operation wants a turnkey unit that arrives ready to connect. Modular systems also simplify permitting and relocation on some projects.

Do these systems need oxygen tanks?

No. The systems run oxygen concentrators that produce roughly 93 percent dry oxygen on site, at flow rates matched to the ozone output of each model. There are no cylinders to deliver or swap.

Can I monitor the system remotely?

Yes. Every system is built for in the ZONE, Purifico's remote monitoring and management platform, and is also Modbus and PRIVA capable for sites that run their own control system.

What maintenance does an ozone system need?

Routine work is filter changes on the enclosure fans, periodic inspection of the reaction cell and concentrator, and sensor calibration. ORP trends in the monitoring platform flag most issues before they affect treatment.
